Smart Rooms focuses exclusively on providing purpose designed, top quality accommodation for young employed professionals and key workers in the Tyneside area.

Our rooms to rent are offered on an all inclusive basis, meaning no additional bills to pay for gas, electric, water, Council Tax, high speed broadband, a weekly cleaner and gardener.

Smart Rooms takes great pride in not only the standard of accommodation offered, particularly the first class level of finish achieved when refurbishing our properties before letting, but also the way in which the properties are managed and our tenants needs fully satisfied. We deliver best value private accommodation within the luxury, convenience and amenities of a larger home, and, just as importantly, the service to go with it.

We cater for most requirements and are happy to offer short or long term tenancies.

Our prime aim is to exceed your expectations with sharers safety, comfort and value for money as our main drivers. All properties conform to, and generally exceed, the relevant local authority HMO requirements, fire and Health & Safety regulations. Properties have interlinked smoke detectors in all rooms and communal areas. We participate in accreditation schemes run by local authorities and designed "to recognise and encourage landlords who are prepared to provide good quality accommodation at an appropriate rent".....

Smart Rooms offers a professional and friendly service, with all properties directly managed by the Landlord. Tenants live in professionally managed accommodation, and enjoy peace of mind with clear and quick 24 / 7 means of communication in the event of assistance or repair being required. This caring and direct personal management also ensures properties are maintained to the highest standards and there is no need for our tenants to deal with third-party letting agents.
